Product Description: It's a fight between General Grievous and Obi-Wan Kenobi! Who will win this fight' This LEGO building set includes General Grievous and Obi-Wan Kenobi and their fighting vehicles. Build and rebuild your favorite Star Wars moments!
Editorial Review: In one of those movie scenes that would have never been possible before the rapid improvement of digital imaging quality, veteran Jedi knight Obi-Wan Kenobi, played by a real actor, takes on General Grievous, a sort of asthmatic android bad guy, who is electronically generated. Additionally, Obi-Wan chases Grievous while riding a huge lumbering electronically generated beast while Grievous tries to get away in an electronically generated space bicycle. Fortunately for us back on Earth, the entire affair has been recreated in the highly tangible world of Lego as 111 pieces show both characters, their preferred transportation, and light sabers. And since it is Lego, you're free to insert pirates, astronauts, or whoever else you have in the big Lego box to make the scenario more interesting. --Charlie Williams

I bought this for my son when he was about 5. He put it together in a few minutes and has been playing with it and the general ever since. While he loves it, the assembly was far too easy.
However, if memory serves, I got it for about $20, not $150 (when you include postage). I simply cannot recommend it at that price, hence the low rating. Hey, I love LEGO, but this price must be for collectors only.

*Sighs* In my opinion, most of the Episode 3 sets haven't been spectacular. This set is one of them.
This set features Obi-Wan and General Grievous with their own vehicles that corresponds with the movie. General Grievious's Wheel Bike is pretty cool, yet it is mainly made out of Technic parts. Its not worth it alone for $[...] so lets move on to Obi-Wan's.
The Boga that comes with it, is well, plain. The head is alright but the body is sorta bleh. Not worth $[...] so lets ... Read More

My 10 year old son is the person that received the Star Wars Episode III General Grievous Chase lego toy. He had saved up his allowance to purchase it and we were very pleased with the toy! He was able to follow the directions by himself, it did take quite awhile to put together, but he did it all in one day. He is very pleased with the toy. I was nervous with how expensive it was, but it is a larger toy and it does a few things. It was worth the money and we were very pleased all the way around, including ... Read More

I got this Lego set for my brother for Christmas. HE LOVED IT. It wasnt very hard to build it (which is a good thing in some ways). He had a lot of fun building it, and I, Myself sat down and played with it with all of his other lego Star Wars sets, (Clone turbo tank, wookie catamaren, Wookie Attack, Mustafar playset, Space battle (Obi-Wan's and Anakin's Starfighter), Arc fighter, AT-RT, Tri fighter, V-wing, X-wing, B-wing, A-wing.....etc) Sorry about that not to be a braggart. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS ... Read More
